JJgage30 Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 Does anybody know where you can learn how to rebuild your own banshee motor. Mainly I want to know how to bore it out a little and change jets. Another quick question. How do I tighten the brakes on the bike. The pads look good just the brake feels loose and does not stop very well.. Thanks again and God bLess... Quote
98'banshee Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 (edited) Boreing and building is something that takes some serious research or $. As far as the brakes go, I would check the resivor and fill it up, and if that isn't enough go through and bleed your brake lines. Remember to do the farthest bleed first. Snopczynski Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 (edited) Your gonna need a machinist or engine builder to bore it. Changing jets is easy, just take the bottom of the carbs off. As far as the brakes, front or rear? Is the Handle lever Loose? Edited June 15, 2007 by Snopczynski Quote
