Dinner Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 Hopefully not cutting into the thread...but here are mine i just finished up the other afternoon. They used to be almost like batman i guess you could say. So then i cut the rest off, and yes I used a Utility Blade, NOT the knife..couldn't find it,lol Had to wear mechanics gloves so I wouldn't cut my hands more than i already have. Quote
bonbon Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 I still like my redneck sawzall.....gets the job done quick but then again if it ain't perfectly straight I can live with it lol......looks don't mean much to me! Quote
XxMeltIcexX Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 I used a jigsaw.. no one else here said anything about that... easiest thing i could think of... Eric Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 A utility knife? I would never have believed that would work, i'm sure you had to put some muscle into it. I used a drimel and sanded it down when i shaved mine. Then airhose the bike when i was done. Worked like slicing butter, It was summer, just let the bike sit out.. Heat softend up the plastic. Quote
