I have bee looking into what we can all do about the situation with this guy RaceReady11.

 

How many of you guys paid hem with paypal ?

 

The reason I ask is if you paid through paypal and filed a claim like I did you may get your money refunded. I just got off the phone with one of paypal executives and they told me that if this guy raceready11 cannot provide tracking numbers that prove we received our items then we will refunded the money he was paid. Paypal would then file charges against this guy for fraud. He may have used a false name that makes it a bit harder to track him. I also have been in contact with MSN since this is the service he uses for his email. They are aware that he is a scammer and is using their email provider to do so.

 

Did any of you guys pay by check or money order? If so let me know the address the money order was sent to or better yet,where he cashed a check. It should be on the canceled check if so.

 

Also beware as I'm sure RaceReady has already created a new name and is reading these posts. Who knows maybe trying to scam again. Later, D

Damn scammers... know i gotta look out for two of them,CFM screwd me over on a swingarm for my brother in law,whats the point of screwing people over for what 100 bucks or so,we will catch them eventually.
