Wow man that sucks to hear about the frame. When I did get my heel guards I could not beleive they came. I threw away the shrink wrap on them but did not see a return address on them. I had many loyal guys on this site offer to give me a set of heeel guards after reading all the posts about this guy. Hey Justin. Today the Heel Guards finally came. Listen man I'm not a bad guy. But you have to admit it looked like a scam. I did email you several times with no reply and when you did reply it was with an attitude of screw you you'll get them when you get them. You went to even so far as to curse me and my 12 year old son out. Now I understand you might have had a problem with the mail but all you had to do was send a tracking number or a number to call the post office to confirm this. I paid you for them on May 9th and just received them today June 13th. Just two days ago I purchased another set from someone else. Now I will have another set. What I am getting at here is If you are going to sell stuff in the future take the time to do things right and don't just get an attitude and start cursing people out. In my case I could have been a dick and never admitted they came or even let the fraud charge with paypal roll so that they would be on your ass for a while but I didn't. I dropped it, emailed you right away and I will also post this letter on bansheehq for others to read. When I sell something to someone I always send them a tracking number as soon as receive it. This way people can check on their item. You may want to try doing the same. Put yourself in my shoes and you would feel the same way I did and alll the other guys that bought parts from you. I have bee looking into what we can all do about the situation with this guy RaceReady11. How many of you guys paid hem with paypal ? The reason I ask is if you paid through paypal and filed a claim like I did you may get your money refunded. I just got off the phone with one of paypal executives and they told me that if this guy raceready11 cannot provide tracking numbers that prove we received our items then we will refunded the money he was paid. Paypal would then file charges against this guy for fraud. He may have used a false name that makes it a bit harder to track him. I also have been in contact with MSN since this is the service he uses for his email. They are aware that he is a scammer and is using their email provider to do so. Did any of you guys pay by check or money order? If so let me know the address the money order was sent to or better yet,where he cashed a check. It should be on the canceled check if so. Also beware as I'm sure RaceReady has already created a new name and is reading these posts. Who knows maybe trying to scam again. Later, D

Well raceready11. I have just completed reading all the post put up about you on bansheehq. From what I am reading and the emails I have received from you it looks like you will be screwing over every one.There is no way in over 6 weeks that you could not have received a tracking number from UPS. Just to let you know I put in a criminal claim with paypal. I also work with a guy in my department that specializes in fraud over the internet. He is now in the process of working with paypal to find out where and whom claimed the money payouts with paypal. He also is tracking this email address to locate you. Don't be surprised if your local police department comes knocking on your door. I definitely will take this as far as I can to have you prosecuted. Hello all. I have been dealing on the internet now for over 10 years and have never ran into a person such as this low life raceready11. I have 499 positive ratings on ebay and have only been taken for $12.00 in past dealings. This guy is one of the lowest. I explained to him that these heel guards were for my 12 year old son right from the beginning and I thanked him for the good deal.($53.00) I even explained how much I needed them as my son almost put his foot down the week before and has his foot taken under the wheel. After waiting well over a month and emailing him many times all I got from him was these emails telling me: ***this is the 2nd time i have responded to you i have 5 packages that is lost somewhere and it has been a pain in my ass trying to figure them out they are sent through usps and they told me thy will finally show up either at the recivers home or mine so i am just waiting to see and no not a scam at all!! l***let you little buddies on bansheehq help you out youll get them when they get there so just get over it!!! ***What about it like i told you like 20 frekin times they are on there way and then you go and post stuff on bansheehq and what is that supposed to matter to me if you a police officer or not it dont change a thing, and like i said youll get them when they get there!! I made a claim with paypal hoping they can reclaim my money but I doubt it.
