im too lazy to go down stairs and snap a shot but i just cut my rears to look kinda like lakers. and then my cut fronts that iv had for a while. with my IMS 4 gal tank... the cuts look good, just my PC doesnt match now so im getting the wrap...

Wrap what? The plastics or tank?? If you have the time please let me see a pic of those shaved fenders with the IMS tank. Thanks.

im wrapping the fenders.. you cant wrap the tank casue it wont stick... tomorrow if i remeber ill go in the garage and throw the tak and plastics on the frame and snap a shot...

Yeah that's why i'm really debating on if i want to cut them or not. Think i'm gonna wait till i get a few more mods on the motor and some more billit to show off.

Yeah i can't wait for pipes, this is what i got coming in the mail so far.

Where did you find the allen head bolt set at? I really need some for my clutch cover and flywheel cover. Phillips head screws are a joke. I had to use a dremel to get a douple out cuz they stripped so bad. :down:

 

BTW im ordering t5 within a week. I just sold my t6 pipes. :biggrin:

what do you use to shave the fenders with? Does it have a smooth finish? Do I shave completely down flush with the tank cover plastics? Just need some input before i do this thanks

I took my bolts to the hardware store and told them, "I need these replaced with allens." $20 bux replaced all botls on plastics, pipes, case covers. I shaved my fenders with a sharp utility knife, I let them sit in the sun to soften up before cutting.
