Lozre Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 I have a 2006 banshee, I bought it in January so I am still some what new to these machines. I've been slowly adding little things to it. Heres what I have done to it so far. FMF Fatty Pipes K&N filter /w K&N xstream lid filter V force 3's and i have a jet kit What should my next mod be? I was thinking of a Cool head /w impeller or a Dyna CDI or just an adjustable timing plate.. maybe mod the stock one? I'm up for suggestions I think i wanna skip porting untill its time to rebuild Quote
Lozre Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 opps, forgot to mention. I ride mostly dunes Quote
jlsparky7 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 I always say suspension. You wont regret it. The banshee isnt lacking in power (esspecially with pipes). Its lacking in handling/suspension. Quote
FASTOYS Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Definetly one of these and a timing plate will help. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=183 Quote
badassbanshee479 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 throw a head and a timing plate at it, then upgrade the suspension! you will not be disappointed! Quote
Lozre Posted May 15, 2007 Author Report Posted May 15, 2007 ok sweet, I was looking at the Pro Design coolhead and not sure what size domes I should get. It goes 18cc through 22cc Quote
Animalman294 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 I run a NOSS head with 18cc domes because the cooling channels are better and it holds a little more coolant. It can also take different sized domes. Plus, if you get the head from FAST you will be supporting one of the site sponsors................... Quote
strokerace Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 I would get cool head timing plate and suspension is a must on a shee like what everyonelse is saying Quote
