i just installed my case saver and adj. timing plate set at +4. i put the flywheel nut back on with the impact ( low torque gun) and it threaded on what appears to be all of the way(same amount of threads before i removed it). is this correct or did i just screw up?? i'm kinda new to the banshee and don't want to screw it up.. thanks for any help you may have .

good luck holding it still if the motor isnt in the bike... a good braaap on the impact gun should do it..

we grabbed the flywheel with a strap wrench and stepped on the ratchet and it still wasnt 58 lbs...

I use a flywheel holder and I dont have any problems getting it to 58lbs

did you make one or you using the back of the inner hub puller for your clutch? those MP pullersd are shit... they dont fit right in the side of the fly wheel..

edit: if its in the bike... you can put the motor in gear and it should hold it...

The holder is a factory yamaha tool.

ahh kk looks very simial to a dewalt tool to hold the center of the angle grinder to tighten the disk on... those MP tools have the pins on the back welded on but they dont lineup right so you cant get a good hold on it...
