bigdaddy69 Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 I have a set of pro circuits I'm going to be selling. Just wondering what the easiest way to ship them is? I figured I would find out how to ship them before I officially put them up for sale. Quote
shanYE west Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 a big box and lots of polyfill, then drop it off to UPS or FedEx Quote
bigdaddy69 Posted May 10, 2007 Author Report Posted May 10, 2007 I thought about wrapping them in that bubble shit and then shrink wrappin the hell out of them. You think that would work? Quote
bada450r Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 I thought about wrapping them in that bubble shit and then shrink wrappin the hell out of them. You think that would work? i just send some shearers to tennesse,i used a 18x18x30 box, wrap the pipes up with cardboard to protect them from postal employees, and put a shit load of popcorn, and usps is cheaper than fed ex or ups,i just found that out today. :: :: :: :: Quote
KaosBanshee44 Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 I thought you could bring them to UPS or FEDEX and they box it up for you. Hell i don't know i never had to ship anything that big off. Just use alot of cushion...lol Quote
bigboybanshee Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 I like to wrap them with that plastic wrap (like saran wrap) then pack a cardboard box with peanuts/old towels/newspaper and then I tape the shit out of the box. The tape will help keep the box intact in case a pipe decides to poke through a little bit. I haven't had any problems using that method, usually costs about 20-30 bucks depending on where you're shipping to. Quote
theshee Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 I sold a set of CPIs on here and shipped them. I wrapped the pipes and stingers themselves in saran wrap, and then put some thinner house insulation in the bottom of the box, then a pipe, more insulation ect... It didnt weight much at all and worked very well. I really try hard to package stuff up nice becuase Ive gotten some stuff that was boxed up kinda shitty before and it sucks ass. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted May 10, 2007 Report Posted May 10, 2007 like shee said. the corning insulation, pipes then more insulation on top... Quote
