Shipping a frame

I have a 2 frames I need to get a shipping quote on, but I don't know how most people are shipping them. I wasn't sure about the size and who will ship them. Any help or info would be appreciated.

shrink wrap it and ship it out with fed ex , thats what i do. i sent one from new york to california and it was 100 bucks.

I dont personally know about it, but Ive heard a couple guys on here talk about sending them greyhound. Guess its pretty inexpensive and works well.

i cant remember how much it was but i used fedex. just take it and theyll ship it. i didnt wrap it up or anything.

greyhound is cheap and simple. wrap up all the brackets with rags and tape. stretch wrap the shit out of it. highest i paid was 75 bucks from philadelphia, to washington state. i have shipped about 150 frames so far.

I just shipped a frame 3 weeks ago, through FedEx. Wrapped it up in cardboard, taped the hell out of it, and shipped it. The weight was 52 lbs, and box measured something like 60x19x21 cost was somewhere just over 100 bucks from CT to NE.
