I Can't Get My Chain Bolts Lose

i was going to attempt to tighten my chain but i cant get the 2 big nuts off the bolts, i even put all my weight on them and it just dosnt give at all

i dont want to put too much force on them so what do i do

if i ever get them off should i use lock-tite when i put them back on

go to walmart and get a butane torch. throw some heat on them and it will usually loosen it up
