rhuebner Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 I just redid my 2000 Banshee and i have know idea where to start on jetting it. I'm running 68mm cheetah cub, 4mil hot rod crank, t-6 toomeys, dual 35mm airstriker carbs, with 109 race gas, 20cc domes, and +7 degree timing. The carbs come pre jetted with 48-Pilot, 160 Main. Any help would be appriciated, Thank. Quote
locogato11283 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 id say thats pretty good starting jetting. in all the pwk carbs ive used i generally settle with 42-48 pilot and 158-162 main. im guessing youll prolly end up dropping the pilot to a 45 but i bet the main will be damn near right on. BansheeDan Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 K Thanks man another thing too not to bust your chops.....but get some cpi inframes or shearers....they will compliment that cub much better then the t6's Dan Quote
CRAZY-SHEE! Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 t-6's are good for stock motors.. t-5's for ported motors.. get some shearers or cpi's for that cheetah.. ur choking it with those t-6's. Quote

CRAZY-SHEE! Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 some people prefer the cpi's but i say shearer all the way.. they produce the most horsepower and have an inbelievable top end.. put a pair of those babys on there and ull be amazed. Quote
