dam banshee

i just dumped about $700 in to my banshee rebilt the top end new sprocets and chain and a lot more

so this morin i went to finish breaken the morter and i notised that it wos in 5 gear and wood not shift down so i figurid that it wood be fin wen it woremed up but it still dinint it will shift up but not down

so i got 5 and 6 gear

what the hell is rong with my banshee

Could be your shift shaft. My shee did that a couple years ago when I was at the dunes, only mine stuck at 3rd, you could go up to 6th but not below 3rd. Cheep and easy to replace.

I think finding what is wrong with your banshee is the least of your worries......you first need someone to help you find the spellcheck!

after your done fucking everyone, pull your clutch cover and make sure the gear selector is still over the shift star, I've had a buddies slide off. I t could also be a bent shift fork, or a fucked gear set, but check the easy stuff first.

ya i just got done messin with the shift hub and the shift shaft sliped off but i got it back on and it works fine

hey hey there ya go, make sure you have the plastic spacer on the shifter shaft between the case and the stator cover, that will help prevent it next time :happy:
