find the side with the smallest bell,. flatten it of course,. then stick a tire iron or screwdriver and stick it in under the bead and break it all the way around,. then take a large screwdriver and stick it in about 6 inches from the other one the put a crow foot in the center of the 2 and pull out while you circle the screwdriver around.

In a pinch I have stuck the tire on the ground under my truck and placed a jack and a piece of wood near the bead and jack the truck up. It usually pops the bead loos and then flip the tire over and do it again, and use a bar to run around the rim to pry the tire onto the outside of the rim to separate the two..........
