  2. i have another one this was when i was riding, i was coming back from just fooling aroound and my bike starts smoking and i look behind me and theres this big line of something i have no idea what it was shut the bike down looked around here my coolant line that connects to the top of the cyclinder head came off and was spewing. the look on my face when i looked back was like WTF! good thing i had some coolant in the truck haha.
  3. alrighty that sounds good i think ive seen what you were talking about 278, looks like you have a nice setup, do you ride at knik alot. i cant wait to get back to anchorage get to drive and ride haha!
  4. i have one i was removing the tors to put the screws in the sides, and i was threading it and the and i forgot to keep backing it out and it snapped on me and it was more like an o fucking sshit moment really lot of cuzzing involved and i have no idea how i got it out either. took a good 4 or 5 hours LOL. i have a few but i cant remember what they were.
  5. yeah, well when im ready to get that ill give you a holler thats for sure. im looking for some low-mid, would single or dual carbs be the best bet with some k&n pods would that compensate for anything if its single or dual, if i got a woods port?

  7. yeah im plannin on getting it done before spring. and yeah i cant wait to get it built my last banshee i stripped and sold off except for the frame. but it hauled some major ass. its time for some new power now.

  11. well im getting fresh outta tech school and been saving money for a complete rebuild. i have the frame which is j-arm frame, i wanna get this done before summer hits havent ridden in a good 6 months and im having withdraws. good thing dirtwheels keeps me going lol. IM looking to build a trail bike. any input is greatly appreciated. Like what types of carbs, porting, all that good stuff.

  19. i started running ATF type F just this year.....its real cheap at the BX on base. i just picked it up because yamaha dealer is too exspensive and that some of you on here use it and thought id give it a try.

  21. well im not to sure about it but here it goes.....when i start her up the shee idles fine, but then it starts to go high on idle and whenever i pull in the clutch and shift to first, and let off the clucth a bit it goes back to a normal idle. is this an air leak or what?
