I just purchased a new '06 banshee and I'm looking at pipes for it. The motor will remain stock with the addition of reeds, filters, and jetting. I'm considering (in this order); CPI inframes, Toomey T6, or possibly Sheerer. My question is... do any/all of these pipes require modifications to the front fenders to fit? It suddenly awned on me that thefenders may have to be cut.

Thanks.

well if you get t6 i know you will probably either have to shim your fenders out alittle by sticking washer under the bottom fender bracket or you can just cut away alittle. and the shears and cpi are fat as f#@$ so i would imagin you would have to trim more out or cut them off

What kind of riding do you mostly do? TR6 is supposed to be a good all around pipe for stock engines...CPI's are more for top end but aren't as intense as shearers. I wouldn't recommend getting the shearers unless you do a lot of racing and/or have ported cylinders. Just my thoughts
