Dinner
Hey, Just wondering what all I could use for a rear tail light? I was thinking about just using a marker light from around my place(we have a whole bunch of different lights for trailers, etc) so I was wondering if I could just use one of them? On my wiring harness there is a blue wire and black wire just hanging, so I'm guessing one is ground and the other is hot? Pic of one of those lights:(It would be either one of the orange or red ones on the corner of the bed) Thanks! Dinner

Dinner With most incandescent lights, it doesn't matter which wire you hook to which lead as long as one wire is a ground and one is from a power source. Why do you not want to install a proper Banshee taillingt or after market taillight? Whatever you use make sure that it doesn't exceed the power consumption of the stock 194 light bulb. Without doing the math, I think that bulb probably draws around .5 amps.

Would I be able to just use that?

Does the Tri-Z on the right have two taillights? If not, which on the of the things on the back of that bike is the taillight (top or bottom)? The tailight is the top, its a reflector on the bottom. ok well a led light dont cost much and just a hot wire and a ground real simple... just an idea i was tossing out there... I may look into that, where is a cheap place to get them, Wal-Mart or something like that?
