blaster668 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Just measure the damn stroke, it's really simple. No need to be fighting over casting numbers or stampings. Quote
dajogejr Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 If you post a pic of the cylinder(s) we can probably help identify it. Top, bottom and side view... Quote
blaster668 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Possibly LA Sleeve cylinders? Is it a monoblock, or two separate cylinders? Pics would be great. Quote
wildbansheeboy Posted March 15, 2007 Author Report Posted March 15, 2007 Possibly LA Sleeve cylinders? Is it a monoblock, or two separate cylinders? Pics would be great. They are stock cylinders with L.A sleeve's with what LOOKS like ST.JOE'S OR ST.JOHNS RACING on the side of the cylinders as far as the stroke u had posted how to do this let me get this right I put the piston and cylinders back on and then find tdc and bdc and mark it and then take the cylinder back off and check thie distance in between the marks I only have a stock lower end with no stock piston's all I have are 795's. Any Idea what a stock or 4mm stroker distance will read at? Sorry no CAM so I have no way to get pic's Quote
blaster668 Posted March 15, 2007 Report Posted March 15, 2007 stock stroke is 54mm a 4mm stroker would be 58mm Quote
