I would like to help, but I am not sure what you are asking. Do you want to know how to not scratch the plastic when you put on a graphics kit? Do you want to know how to put the graphics kit on without getting bubble in the decals?

you mean get scratches out of the plastic and fenders ? if so you can try using 2000 grit wet sand paper or a better way and it makes them look good is to use product made by 3m called "finess it" and a buffer . i don't know if they sell it in canada but you could ask at an automotive body shop .don't use either on the graphics though.

wow difficult to read. I am guessing he is of oriental decent

I'm pretty sure he speaks French if he is from Quebec. I would use fine grit sandpaper and then use a torch to get the shine back, just be careful not to hold it to close for to long.
