Its been snowing off and on here for the past few days. i had a backup toy but i traded it for one i cant use!same here with the snow, its been snowing but nothing is stickin around.we got a nasty ice storm the other day.ppl around here lost power for like 36 hrs.but not me haha! Couple thousand people I believe. But you know its gonna snow and lay. This is the way it gets every year except it usualy happens a few months earlyer. Ill be testing out a badass Rotax snowmobile when it snows so Im pretty excited myself. Youll have your Bansh too when you get your jugs back. Good luck with that. Should be killer. Quote

Wow, I dident realize its been that long since you"ve rode. I havent rode for over a month and Im going through withdraw. I feel for ya brotha. The Rotax is my Mechanics. I pestered him all summer to let me ride it in the winter and he said yeah as soon as I take it out Ill let you open it up and climb some stuff. I was psyched, I almost gave up hope untill it started snowing the other day. Now its just a matter of a few weeks I think. Ide never buy one. Ide rather have a low end torque monster 4x4 for hauling plowing working and having fun in the deep white stuff. Espicaly since my father wants to ride something in the worst way and he cant walk our property due to his back and he definatly cant ride the Banshee. Only my Mother rides the Banshee haha whole diffrent story. But I couldnt justify a snowmobile at all. Quote

broke Posted January 21, 2007 Report Posted January 21, 2007 Sleds are hit and miss unless you live in the snowbelt areas. Mine has pretty much sat for most of the winter next to it's other playmates, but it's snowing right now, so I'm hopeful for today. Quote

Fireroad Express Posted January 21, 2007 Report Posted January 21, 2007 i'm a little disaponted with the lack of snow. i'm pretty much confined to the frozen lake. theres barely enough snow on it to keep the engine temp down. i'd be realy pissed though, if i laid down five figures for a new f-10 or mach-Z :: . And thats quite a bit further north than you are. I used to sled all the damned time until I totalled an XCR 600 trip.. Kinda haven't gotten back on too much since. Miss it tho.. bones Posted January 22, 2007 Report Posted January 22, 2007 I bought a 99 Yamaha Vmax 500sx over the fall for a good deal, also have a 78 Polaris TX 440 and a 79 Yamaha Enticer 340 that I ride. No snow here in Northeast PA either. It doesn't really piss me off anymore because I know if it does snow, I still have them to ride. Quote
