i need a jet kit for both carbs what is the best kit for the mony? stock pipes but will be getting FMF or T5.

 

No such thing as a "do all" jet kit.

You're better off doing research of those with similar mods, riding temps and elevation to see what jetting they run, then go from there.

Jet kits are a complete and utter waste in my opinion....

 

Plus, you'll be spending money on jets you don't need, rather than buying one to three sets of mains, which....are cheap!!

They are a huge waste of money, because of the simple fact that you only change the jets up or down a few sizes not the whole damn spectrum. Follow the advice above and just get in the ball park and then buy a few jet sizes up or down............ :thumbsup:

Have a question for you guys. Just bought 99 shee fmf's, k@n, I want to clean the carbs. Should i rejet while cleaning them. Or just go w/ new mains. Or what?

if you are gonna tke the carbs completely off when u rejet then u might as well clean them if you want but it depends on how confident you are with that. its not hard to do but jsut do one at a time that way if u need to you ahve a complete one ot refrenece too. as far as jet jsut go ask your dealer or soemone on hear or go online and order some jet sizes. what all mods are you gonna have or do have? that will make a diffrence on what jets you need as well.

well if your jeting is off then yes rejet it while you have it apart cleaning them... if its not off then you dont need to rejet :) but like said above do them one at a time so none of your parts get mixed together
