I don't actually have a Banshee yet, but I might be getting one soon, and I wanted to ask your opinion on my next bike. I know this is a shee forum, but for my next "machine", I have narrowed it down to a shee, a KFx400 or a 125 dirt bike. I was wondering if someone could give me some info on shee's, and recomend what you'd get for my next bike. Thanks a lot. Oh, by the way, I have very little previous bike experience, but I have quite a bit of quad experience. Quote

MILO Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 welcome to the site bud :beer: but, you are on a banshee site so of course you will be told to get the banshee. but honestly, for the options you gave, i'd get the shee hands down. a banshee is so easily tuned to whatever your riding style is because there are tons of options for mods and stuff. you can make it into just about any kind of ride that you want it to be, and be smokin the competition at the same time. i'd suggest trying out the other rides you listed and riding a good banshee, and see what you think. i'll bet you'll pick the shee in a heartbeat. and if you get the shee, this is the place for any questions or issues. good luck. Compared to a 400 anyway? hell yeah. if u can ride.i know guys on big hooked up 450 and 400s and i kill them just a diff. kind of riding 2stroke and 4stroke. only major diff is suspension isnt that good on shees. i got stock susp. and its a little rough. SoCalinIt Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 I have a Z400, and have had a YFZ450, and a Warrior. The Banshee is a way different machine then the others stated above. The Banshee is hands down way more fun to ride then all the other quads I've owned, and is a hell of a lot easier to mod. Notice how I didn't say cheaper... Once you start modding your Banshee, you just can't stop! Good luck picking one out! Quote
Animalman294 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Yeah, when I first got bit by the sand bug, I couldn't stand the sound of the shee with its rinnnnnggggggg ttiinnnnnnnnnggggggg, ttiiinnnnngggggggggggggggg, and all the shiny crap. Well I finally came to my senses when I noticed that the shee was doin most of the spankin' on the sand. Sooooooooooooooooo, I bought one and there is nothing sweeter than hearing the shee on the pipe, brrraaaaaaaaaaaaaap, braaaaaaaaaaappppp, brrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaap, and as far as bling, damn-it I dont think I can stop.................. JET 99 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 if you decide on a banshee ............. welcome to your new addiction!!!!!!!!!!! it doesn't rot your teeth out like meth or crack,it will have an effect on your wallet. it can get you just as high,but doesnt cause you to give up everything you own. you could end up in the hospital if you abuse either one! if you dont wear a lid i guess you could f... up your grill like meth........ just a thought :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: WELCOME.............................
