2 Stacks and you alread have the 4mil crank. Your golden. Get that crank trued and welded mabey throw a TZ bearing in there. Im not to sure on those someone else will chime in. Get the big bore kit, Pistons. Do some agressive porting like an agressive woods or Play port. Dont go to big on the ports or you will have to get an extended swingarm so you dont touch the sky with your bumper every time you hit the throttle and that sucks for woods riding. Unless you half drag half woods ride. Carbs new intakes Noss Head domes. If you do the Instalation work yourself you will have money left over for mucho blingah!

i wouldnt bore your stock jugs out to reach 420 just becasue you want a bigger motor... all your doing is bypassing many seasons of life from your cylinders... the gains will be small for the amount of life your going to lose... you got a crank , port your stock jugs... get a new cool head some reeds a stronger clutch pipes pods(if you dont ride in water) list goes on and on :)

Do you have any suspension mods done to your bike? If you don't that is what I would do. Your motor already has at least 50hp with the current setup (i think, someone correct me if i'm wrong). IMO a piped banshee is to fast for the stock suspension in any conditions except the dunes. So I'd get some +2+1 a-arms, shocks (elka or TCS), and get the rear shock re-valved (race-tech, TCS, and a jillion others). All that should about $1500-$2000. Just my .02 .

Yo can not bore your stock cylinders to get to 420....the biggest (and not very safe) is .100 or a 66.50 bore piston, even with a 4 mil crank you won't get there.

You need 68mm pistons with a 4 mil crank to get to 421...

You would have to get your jug resleeved with a big bore kit. With all the choices of porting, builders and cylinders now a days....sleeve/big bore kits seem like such a waste with a few exceptions (I've seen a few LA Sleeve motors run very, very hard...)

See what Andy @ GRR says, but call a few others and see who you feel comfortable with.

John...(or Roger if you see this) you can tell us better than anyone, doesn't Andy lean more towards the dark side (drag racing) than anything else. If he builds MX, Woods or trail bike motors, that'd be news to my ears...

Not trying to be a wise ass..just askin away...:)

my crank is already trued and welded. i think i am going to add tz bearings, noss head, adjustable timing plate, port, big bore to a 421, lock up clutch. what do you guys think. if there is any money left over i am going to get some bigger carbs not sure what size tho. i still have all stock suspension for now. i plan on by summer working on that. i am looking at getting shocks all around, +2 +1 a-arms and a round carrier swing arm. what brand would guys recomend? any thing that you guys would change?

running stockcarbs on a 421 is pointless...that motor NEEDS bigger carbs it not a matter of when you get more money you might get some running stockers is like running a single barrel vw carb on a big block 450
