locogato11283 Posted December 27, 2006 Report Posted December 27, 2006 i highly doubt that in most cases these reeds make more hp than v force. on some setups, sure they can potentially make more, but if these are so great why isnt everyone running them and why arent the builders recommending them? id stick with v force, theyve pretty much been proven to make the most hp.. dajogejr Posted December 27, 2006 Report Posted December 27, 2006 Don't believe everything you read.... VForce is the king, and everyone is gunning for them. SOME of the top race shops in the country are located in MI, home of Magic Racing. IF these reed cages were that much better...AND Cheaper, you bet your arse that these builders would start buying them instead. Cheaper HP? Who wouldn't.... Quote
fast500#12 Posted December 27, 2006 Report Posted December 27, 2006 i run them they are pretty good. i have never run v forces so i can't compare. any thing is better than stock, they are a very good quality product. Quote
q8banshee3883 Posted December 27, 2006 Report Posted December 27, 2006 I have heard of them, Just dont know anyone who is using them, I see more Boyseen and Vforce 2 reeds over here. I am running VF3's and find them a vast improvment over stock! Quote
shanYE west Posted December 27, 2006 Report Posted December 27, 2006 I should be hitting the dyno sometime in march for some tuning. If I can find a set of the SRP's cheap enough I'll throw them in on one of my dyno runs and see how they compare to the VF3's. I dont expect them to show better numbers then the VF's. Quote
fast500#12 Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 the srp's come with boysen pro series reeds. Quote
TeamBigginRacing Posted December 28, 2006 Author Report Posted December 28, 2006 cool just wanted to c what u guys think..i got vf2 and luv them so i'll stick with what i know best! ty HQ'ers Quote
Jhughes7 Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 I would be interested to see the dyno specs on those cause if they can be right up there with the V3's, you cant beat the price. Quote
