Hey everyone, my t6's and pods come in tmo and im unsure of what size i need for my mains... The bike is stock other than that, and i am at sea level. Based on other references ive found, how does 330 sound? Do i have to just play with the mains or do i have to mess with the pilots and so on too?

What elevation are you running at? I would say start out at 330. I would go a head and throw in the next size up pilot jet as well. The next size up from stock is 27.5.

Sea level. So 330 and go down from there, along with 27.5 pilots?

At sea level my son's banshee running t-5s and pods, has 320 mains and stock pilots.Runs great...........

Cool, ill try that! I was trying to avoid messing with the pilots as much as possible anyways, never have before..

330 will definitely get you close. Ran 340s in mine, T5 pipes, Pods...a few other bolt on odds and ends.

Cool, i just picked up some 330's and 320's, ill throw in the 330's and see what happens...Thanks for the help guys...

Cool, i got everything installed, wow this thing rips... Anyways i put the 330's in, runs great from mid-top, but bogs and idles wierd on bottom... Should i try the 320's? Also does anyone have tips on installing the springs? They seem to be a bitch for me...

Those mains have NOTHING to do with off idle response down low. That is all pilot jet/air screw.

Please check the plugs, too...It may feel like it's running great, but...if it's lean you're risking premature failure!!

Here's a plug chop method, and this checks the MAIN jet only....

Got ya... I may try the 27.5 pilots. Then do a plug chop.

You can try adjusting the air screws to help the idle and bog down low.As for the springs you can use 2 small zip ties on oppisite sides of the spring to compress it, then once you get the slide hooked back up to the cable and the keeper back in you just cut the zip ties.

Sorry, i forgot to mention i was taking about the exhaust springs... I just got them, stood the bike up on the grap bar and used some plyers.

I adjusted the air screws some, seemed to get better, but started raining. Ill mess with it some more tmo and let you all know.
