mopar9012 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Sorry for posting about a blaster, but both balster sites for me are both down and have been down. When I idle my blaster it sounds like there is a clicking noise, like to things hitting each other. Could it be the piston? Whenever I rev it up or run it you dont hear it, only when it idles. Quote

Barrymaxx Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 (edited) Well, most blasters make some noise at idle. Most commonly it is lash in the counterbalancer gears, and it is commonly mistaked for piston slap. What your motor ever blown up? Could be a lower rod bearing also, but not as common. Maby you could get a video? Then i could tell ya. Click the link in my sig and post your prob there, theres a blaster section... Edit: There isnt a link in my sig, lol http://s11.invisionfree.com/2_Stroke_Smoke/ Edited December 19, 2006 by Barrymaxx Quote
