Sorry for posting about a blaster, but both balster sites for me are both down and have been down. When I idle my blaster it sounds like there is a clicking noise, like to things hitting each other. Could it be the piston? Whenever I rev it up or run it you dont hear it, only when it idles.

for the blaster site i always typed in blasterhq.com and its not been working lately for me. i put on new gaskets when i got it bored.

okay thanks for your help. im going to change the ration but im still going to do a compression test. my dad already has a thing to test compression for his motorcycle so ill check it tonight. thanks

ok so maybe about 4 oz for 1 gallon instead of 8? and i never had this probelem before and i just relized like yesterday the was oil too when i said it smoking. the was oil over the the flange and all that. could the smoke be from the engin heating up and burning it up?

no sorry actually i had it bored but even when i got it bored the guy said it looked brand new.(i shouldnt have gotten it bored but hey) i have a blaster manual. the ratios is 16:1

i have the block off. the rings should be good i replaced the stock piston and rings and all that about 6 months ago. its a 2001 but has not been ridden that much. ive ridden in maybe a little over 15 hours. the guy i bought it from last year said he only rode it 4 times. i have not done a compression test...how would i do that?

well i would go to the blaster forum but it shut down or something. so i have a blaster and one day i went to crank it up and smoke was coming out of my head pipe where in connects to the cylinder jug. so i furgured i needed a new gasket. turns out there was none anyway( i had bought one about 3 months ago and put it on but it was there) so i thought that was definitly the problem. there was oil there too. so i put on the new gasket and there smoke still coming from that spot new the cylinder jug. i tightened up the springs but still no change. do you got any ideas on how to help?
