gatoman28 Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 I have a 2005 banshee all stock except for the following toomey T6 pipes two k&n filter pods (one on each carb) I took filter box out completely 290 main jets stock pilot jet (think there are 25) 3rd clip on the needles Last time I went out to glamis, it started to drip alittle, even on a small run. The trip before it ran good no problems. I do ride my banshee hard in the sand dunes. Any advice would be appreciated. umberto Quote
Barrymaxx Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 Did you check for the obvious things? Cracked hose, loose clamp, cracked radiator..etc Quote
scooter Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 are you talking about the overflow? on the front of the bike. a couple drops is no big deal mine would drip a little when ridden hard in sand if the weather is hot.not alot but a couple drops. i have a noss head now and a hi flow water pump impeller and that helped alot. Hollister_Hitman Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 I have this same problem. I tried engine ice, a high flow impellar, and a new head gasket but no results. I guess it is time to try a noss head or an aluminium radiator  Quote
scooter Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 engine ice work better than water wetter ? Quote
locogato11283 Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 dripping from where homie?? hoses or what? the overflow should run to the coolant bottle, unless youve removed it. Quote
