i need your experience on this subject. I need to block off the injector on a 2004 Bombadier DS 90. I believe it would be the same as the Blaster which always has the oil injector going bad. Any help would be great

here's some big advice on crowded weekend in Glamis, pretty much lots of sand in the air. I love to stay close to the canal, not as much pollution in the air. If you stay next to the glamis beach store or the ranger station it will be crowded, behind the store u always have people drive thru your camp. 15 yrs experience here going to glamis. If you want you can camp with us plus go riding when we do. I'm still doing a top end job on my banshee hope to have it done my thursday. i can send u my number if you are interested.

I have 3 years of riding on this top end, every time is at glamis. about 10 trips every year, high revs in order to climb the dunes. racing up the hills. I have done no engine work on this banshee. every time we go riding it's about 2 hours long, that includes breaks. 4 to 5 times a day. for 2 days. I'm going to take off the boost bottle, does nothing and put back the original tube.

Hello I need your expert help in finding out about what pistons to buy, Pro X, Wiseco or Vito's. Plus help on finding my problem on my Banshee. On new years day I went to Glamis, while riding I noticed a loss of powers on my banshee, had to down shift more often. I loss so much power that I could not climb some sand dunes and returned to the camp site in fear of blowing a piston. First of all I tighten the caps on the carbs in case i had an air leak, same problem. Then I changed the spark plugs, it did make alittle difference for a while, it did go back to the loss of power. The plugs I took off, right side plug looked good but the left side plug had oil on it. It seems that it is fouled and not letting the plug fire. The right side exhaust is hot while the left side exhaust is only warm. i believe i have to rebuild my top end. is there anything else i could look for that might make this happen to my bike if not the top end? I have the following mods on my bike: boost bottle removed air box, K&N filter pods on each carb, with outer wear 290 Main jets 25 pilot jet stock needle - 3rd slot V-force delta reeds valve 3 Toomey T-6 exhaust

I have a 2005 banshee all stock except for the following toomey T6 pipes two k&n filter pods (one on each carb) I took filter box out completely 290 main jets stock pilot jet (think there are 25) 3rd clip on the needles Last time I went out to glamis, it started to drip alittle, even on a small run. The trip before it ran good no problems. I do ride my banshee hard in the sand dunes. Any advice would be appreciated. umberto

Hello I have a problem with a coolant leak on my banshee. The following is what I have on my bashee and symptoms. (current list of parts on bike) Toomey T6 290 main jets 25 pilot K&N filter pods on each carb stock carbs (mikuni) I took off the air box When i bought my banshee, i took it out it heated to the extent of coolant is leaking from the over flow tube. It came from the right side top of the radiator. this happened before i added on the Toomey exhaust or jets. The jets at this time where 180 main and 25 pilots. Then I put on my exhaust, I changed jets to 290 mains and kept the 25 pilots. I also changed the coolant with something called COOLANOL. it was recommended by a place where i bought my exhaust. For about two trips to glamis it did not leak. I just went to Glamis on nov 18 2006, I noticed that it started to leak some coolant from the same side. it does not leak the same amount but enough to smeel the coolant off the exhaust pipe. What can it be and how can I fix????

I took the airbox off my banshee and I bought a coolant bottle bracket. It bolts right in the same location where the bottle stick out of, perfect fit. Call Moto-man 1-800-628-6686

before I went to Glaims, i noticed that the two self locking nuts on the rear suspension. The ones next to the sproket were loose, I tried to tighten them but as I rode in Glamis I seen the they still become loose. I asked many different people there and they said that is normal for this to happen. I'm asking for your opinions on this matter. If its not normal how can I fix this problem.

Hello everybody: I ride in Glamis, CA - 75 during the day and 45 at night. It's about sea level, alittle below and alittle above in some areas. I have been told by one person to use 330 main jets with stock pilot jet. Then someone else told me to use 320 main jets with 27.5 pilot jet. Both said to put the needle in the 4th clip. Please help me: stock motor-no mods stock carbs-Mikuni 280 main jets right now stock pilot jet 25# 4th clip on the needle- the one that came with pipe kit Toomey T6 pipe kit K&N filters clamped one on each carb (2 ea - RU-0210) Any help would be great.

I'm running the Toomey pipes myself, I was told to go up to a 320 main jet and 27.5 pilot jet. T6 stock carbs-mikuni KN Filters clamp on - one to each carb no cool head I still have to do my rejetting also.

I seem to have more trouble starting my banshee when cold, a minute or so. When warm it starts up right away. I have the needle at the 4th clip, needle is the one that came with the t6 pipe kit from toomey.

What pilot should I use for my application???? I want to run 330 or 320 main jets will this resolve my overheating???

Hello everybody, I have a redundant question to ask. I bought the toomey T6 pipes, 2:1 HFFS I ride at Glamis, CA. the temp there during the day is about 75 degrees, during the night its about 50 degrees. The altitude there is about sea level, alittle below in some places, alittle above in others. I have wrote that I overheat, plus i have a loss of power also that I have to rev up alot so that i can move from a dead stop. I was told that I was running lean. that I should run 330 main jets with #30 pilot jets. i will also change my coolant to a better one in order to cool the bike more. I need your recommendations once again to make sure that I get eveything correct. Here are whats on my banshee: stock motor toomey t6 pipes 2 K&N filters w/outer wear (one on each carbs - RU0210) 280 main jets stock pilot jets I think they are #25 I removed the airbox Please give me your suggestions once again. Umberto
