tyguy Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 will it hurt it bad if i run with out the idle air screw for a ride?im supposed to leave sat. but i lost my screw, i ordered a new one but thats tues. when i get it... what if i cover the hole so dirt doesnt get in there,, any thoughts? tyguy Posted November 26, 2006 Author Report Posted November 26, 2006 hey, there, yeah i lost the screw but i have another in it,,, i just ran it to get in the garage and shut it off.. but i was wondering bc i just wanted to make sure it wouldnt burn up anything,,, oh and when i got my twistgrip i had to replace them(air screws), k, well one has more thread than the other one, any ideas on why or what side that longer one goes in,,,,,,,,,, stock carbs... sorry Quote
FasterThanU90 Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 mine fell out twice second time i said screw it and left it out bike ran fine just an occasional slight backfire when u rhomp on the throttle i eventually just plugged it with a spare shee bolt on of the ones with and 8 on the head fit pretty snug with a turn or so Quote
