Justintoxicated Posted October 31, 2006 Report Posted October 31, 2006 The splines on my Kick starter are a bit jacked up. It still works but it moves side to side and front to back. There is some play in the splines so I'm thinking to replace it. Does anyone make an aftermarket one (not just the upper piece?) I don't want to have to deal with this again later. Thanks. Quote

Thats a ridiculous amount of money for a new kick starter thats at least $200! I got my whole new frame for $500 Yesh... :mad: And the splines still won't be any better than the one I have now origionaly had... Edited October 31, 2006 by Justintoxicated Quote

MILO Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 yeah, i think you'll have to go with a new stock shaft (about $45) i don't remember if you can buy the post seperate from the kicker or if you have to get it as an assembly, about $75. but i'd go that route, then pick good aftermarket kicker before another stock one considering the prices.
