If so was there even a difrence in power or anything? Cause I heard of something similar to this that gave more power but they used exhaust plugs Quote
Animalman294 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 When you change to say PWK or other aftermarket carbs they don't use that stupid cross-over tube. So personally I think it is a way for Yamaha to compensate for one cylinder that may not be moving as much air as the other side to rob a little air off of the opposite side. I would be little leary putting exhaust plugs on the cross-overs to block them off. If they happen to vibrate loose and leak they would suck sand in and destroy your motor............. :beer: Quote
