  1. hmmmm I wonder if those would work on stock carbs too? :shrug: has anybody else seen or used these on thier shee? If so was there even a difrence in power or anything? Cause I heard of something similar to this that gave more power but they used exhaust plugs
  2. while you send youre fly wheel to get turned you could mod your stock timing plate and save some money. Not saying to do it but i did mine and it works great. check this one out! I elongated the holes a little bit more on mine, id say I left around a 16th" near the edges.And then I just put it all the way to the right.hope this saves you money.Oh yeah and youre going to need a flywheel puller they run like 12-15$.

  4. @ what psi is it still safe to use premium pump gas im at sea level. Oh and im not shure if it's a plus six but the mooded timming plate i all the way to the right and theres like a 16th" left on were the screws go.
  5. hey guys i want opinions on these mods, im on a budget so would these mods show some kind of notice in power timing plate mod i think its +6 it's hitting all the way to the right, lighten flywheel they only shaved the radius on both sides of the weights, head shved .035 and i also drilled and tapped the carbs and removed the tors. still havent installed nothing just wanted to see if it will be noticeable. everything is stock except for t5s and boyesen power reeds thanks guys.

  8. I think this is where you drill and tap your a idle adjustment screws that come with the kit also try toomey racing website they tell you step by step how to. I got this picture from this website....
  9. Thanks guys im just trying to get opinions before i start grinding . Ive been porting and polishing Molding Dies for over six years and want to give these two strokes a try like somebody said I got to start somewhere right. So if those durations don't sound to good for a drag port what might be a good numbers for a drag port on a stock 350 with t5s.......anybody ......thanks. :baseball_wassat:
  10. I have a question on those boyesen ports that alot of people ha drllied in thier intakes, Will theywork on a drag ported stock 350 with t5s,with ed 190* transfers 124* +6 timing.

  12. thanks for the info ill take a look in planet sand and see whats up. I think ill be able to port the engine with the pencil grinders i use at work ive been porting and polishing dies for 6 years now and I want to give these two stroke engines a try. Thanks guys :biggrin:
  13. Hi im new to this site and ive been finding alot of good info. I want to try and port my own engine and I think you guys could help me out. Does anybody know what transfer angles verticle and horizontal I could use for a good drag port. Ill be trying this on a stock engine with no mods only t5s on it. maybey later ill get vforce 3. Any info greatly appreciated. I been reading other sites someone said good power comes from all the transfers opening at the same time is this true, or will this make it to peaky only top end power. Thanks again
