I picked up a used shee and the clutch had no pressure to it at all so I pulled the cover and it either looks like the previous owner didnt install the clutch correctly or for some reason that big nut that tightens down the basket came loose resulting in no clutch action. I got it back together and torqued down the big nut but I noticed the inner basket or whatever its called doesnt rotate real freely. It seems to hang up a little but still does turn. Should the inner basket turn or not, if so how easily? Could it just be cause there is no oil in there yet to lube it up? Just wanted to see where i stood before I put the rest of it together. Thanks

ok then i guess something is off somewhere, any ideas what to check? Its kinda wierd cause it spins freely then kinda gets caught up on something. It doesnt jam up or anything but it gets harder to turn. Could it have anything to do with it not being oiled up at all? Other than that I cant really think of anything that is making it drag when i turn it by hand

Also could I have maybe torqued down to much? Would that have the same effect?

I pulled it back apart and everything seemed normal, so i re-installed and just used a tad less tq and its spins freely now. So i guess it was tq's to much or something, i dont see how because of the spacers and such but we'll see if i blow out my side case when its running i guess
