badassbanshee479 Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 started my play bike the other day and I started hearing a raddleing noise, so I pulled the clutch cover off to find that the clutch basket moves forward and back so I pulled the clutch basket off and took it apart and found the bushings inside where bad, does anyone know where I can get these or do ya have a part number so I can order them from the dealer? bkabina Posted October 11, 2006 Report Posted October 11, 2006 (edited) The best cushions I have found so far are the UPP cushions.I have used all the others and none of them last very long for me.Take it for what its worth but I figure maybe it will help you out because I got tired of spending money and tearing the basket down ever week or two.I have been running the UPP cushions for the better part of the season and everything is still as good as it was when I put it together. I also ordered a backing plate off a Boss billet basket because the hinson backing plates warped and needed changed everytime I changed the cushions. Hope it all helps. bkabina Posted October 11, 2006 Report Posted October 11, 2006 No problem.Hope it helps. Yeah thats it.I don't know if it was warping because it was too thin and the basket and everything was flexing or what. All I know is after I changed to the UPP cushions and the Boss plate I didnt have any more problems.
