The stock silencers? They have spark arrestor stuff in the front of them. All you have to do is take off the end cap's to see inside of them. Unless you are talking about something different than me

So.. I had an issue trying to find sparka rrestors for mine. Can I use my stock pipes to get into a riding area requiring spark arrestors? How much will this change the performance of my shee.?

Depending on what kind of head pipes you have, it could change your performance by alot or just a small amount.
