clutch basket and clutch basket gear....WTF

I was just wondering how the hell do you get the clutch basket off the drive gear thats behind the clutch basket. I have the whole gear and basket off and tried a few things but nothings working. Need some direction on how to get these things apart.

it holds with rivets you have to grind them off to get the basket separeted from the gear the the new one should hold with allen bolts clued in locktite.
