plug chop?

Iam trying to jet my shee in right now and have heard about a plug chop, what is that all about? someone please explain this to me.

Here is what my plugs look like. I just cut the whole threads off. That way you can really see good.

It is just a blast at WOT for about 1/4 to 1/2 mile down the road in 6th gear. Just make sure to warm it up on the old plugs.
