The only other problem I ever had after I took the TORS of mine was the little micro switch in the thumb throttle its self.

Do you still have the TORS on there? But you might want to check if your pilots are clogged up

We need alittle more info on your location (alt) but you should be a 340 main 27.5 pilot and the needle is fine just adjust the air screw but that should get you in the ball park.

Your pilots should be 30 but the mains need to be around 360 and the needle be fine in the third clip.

I think a translucent blue would look good since you are going to keep you stock plastics.
