PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 Charges Filed for Digging up Grave Tue 09/05/2006 - Three Grant County men now face charges for digging up a corpse in Cassville. Alexander Grunke, 20, his twin brother Nicholas Grunke, 20, and Dustin Radke, 20, were all charged today with attempted theft, and attempted third degree sexual assault. Police arrested the men on this past weekend. According to the criminal complaint, the three admitted to digging up the coffin of Laura Tennessen, who died in a motorcycle crash last week. The complaint states Nicholas Grunke wanted to have sex with the body. If convicted, each faces nearly 10 years in prison. I don't think the third degree sexual assault charge is going anywhere though, because I do believe the victim would be reluctant to testify.
