banshee freak Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Hey Guys, i'm kinda new at this site but I hope you can help me with my dilema. Ok i bought a radar gun last week and i clocked my bike at 81 miles an hour. i thought it wasnt too bad so i decided to go with bigger sproket in the front(for more top end) so i bought a 15 tooth....well i clocked it again today and its the exact same. Now one of my problems is that last time i took it out i got 81 and then the next day i got 79 and 76 so..... I dunno....maybe because my pipes???? heres my mods[/size] K&N with open box Dyna jet kit with 280 mains adjustable timing plate (+4 degrees) FMF gnarly front pipes with toomey t-4 silencers v-force 3 reeds over size rad by PWR high flow impeller barnett clutch kit 15 tooth sproket please let me know when you can!!! thanks Quote
Wallrat Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Not enough horsepower to turn the larger sprocket. Switch back to the 14T until you get some more mods. Quote

letsgetthisdone Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 The gnarlys are probably hurting ur top-end. FMF advertises them as a low to mid- range pipe. Quote
