crazybluerider Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 I was able to buy new cores for my LRD pipe I think they were about 25 dollars for the pair. If you measure the FMF core I will measure my LRD core maybe you can just buy a set from them. Quote

Also, the cores need to be welded on I'm guessing, and I don't have access to a welder. It's gonna be way easier to buy a new set of silencers, and just keep up with them at this point I think. csrmel Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 years ago i had a ghetto dirtbike and the silencer fell out of the exhaust one day. i wasnt able to find it and the dealer wanted my first born in exchange for a new one. long story short i made my own with a small piece of wire mesh that i wrapped around a broom handle to make it into a tube. it actually worked pretty good.
