Shit, i bought this shee and got screwed, i am trying to strip it to rebuild it and the rear footpeg bolt broke clear off at the frame. The guy already had the other 3 drilled and half a$$ed. Whats the easiest way to get it out or drill and should i tap it or what. Any ideas........

if the bolt broke off in side you can try to tap a screw driver in it and turn it out... im not sure how hard the metal is on those bolt, if that doesnt work you can always drill it. check sears im sure they got something that will bite into the bolt and help pull it out

yea what he said........ Sears should have an ez-out that should get it out if it is not sezied to bad other wise you may just have to drill it. Mine was already drilled and then striped when I got my banshee I cut off the head of a bolt and welded onto the frame like a stud may be a thought for you.

Theres no way an easy out will get it. This thing was on there so hard i had a four foot bar on my ratchet so if the grade 8 bolt snapped, its in there good. I have tried drilling stuff like this before but i cant maneuver it in my drill press like the others. Whats a good drill bit? Or should I say, whats the BEST bit for this job. Usually i just buy one from home depot and when it craps out, i return it to another home depot store for another.

Try heating it up with a torch then use the easy out. If that doesn't work then drill it. You could always just over-drill it and tap some new threads in there for a bigger bolt next time. Put some anti-seize on there this time or some blue loctite.
