Animalman294 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 You'd bleed it just like you would a car or truck. Take a piece of clear aquarium tubing or any type that would fit over the zerk fitting and squeeze the brake lever like 8-10 times then hold it. Have someone else open the zerk fitting and it should push the air bubbles out, and repeat this 5-6 times....................voila  Quote
JET 99 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 I had both lines off at same time for bth calipers so as i was adjusting tie rods I let gravity help, keep your resevoir full and let it slowly go thru lines. it will help a bunch when you do as was said earlier use clear tubing to get all air bubbles out. bansheefreak Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 stick your clear hose in a cup with clean brake fliud and just pump the shit out of them till no more bubbles come out this way you dont have to keep refilling the brake ressie.. tighten the bleeder before you remove the hose thou to not let air get back in the line.. Thats exactly how i shhowed him how to do it . If you check the clymers they show you how to make the tubing zerk fitting thing so it wont back feed air , back into the breaks..... Thats where i learnd. Quote
