I wanted to make a street legal quad .

I would like to have the build total under $8,000. What parts would I need to up grade on the DS650 to do this Conversion right. I plan on trail riding and doing a little dirt racing with the quad. I would also like to have the bike be reliable. Would it be possible to use the motor cycle

Ok, I cut that wire with the blue thing on it! and i sprayed carb cleaner around the intakes and it ran the same!

Here is a VID of the banshee running and pic's of the wiring and carbs.

Just got done putting the airbox back on, I checked the slides and one slide would go up before the other but i fixed that (slides are in the right way, half moon to the airbox) and after that i checked all the hoses again, all were good. put the gas tank on and turned the gas on let it sit for a min then kicked it, it started right up but it idles low and as soon as you give it gas it bugs down what do you think it could be??? Just did the compression test 150psi in both jugs. thats good!!!! dont need a new top end!!!!

should both spark plugs be out?

Is the pitcock valve screen in the gas tank?

Do i just screw the thing down into were the spark plug goes and kick it tell the psi does not go up anymore? then do it for the other side? Do i need to do some thing as? Does the side I'm not doing spark plug and coil end need to be on and it the head? when doing the test? killswitch need to be on?

the gas was ran out of the carbs at idle*. Can some one post a pic of which way the slides go in. I have the TORS elimater kit*. I will do a comp test when i get home to night.

Ok two weeks ago I run the gas out of the banshee's carbs and last weekend I pulled it out to start it and it kick over and start but the idle is low and when I gave it throttle it just bogs down!!!!!! Anyone have any idea's on what could be up!!! last night i took the carbs off and checked the gas lines and took the bottom of the carbs off and checked the Carb floats then i clean the carbs up with carb cleaner and put it all back together and now it won't even start! what do u think?

Thanks chase, but i am going to have to hold off on the banshee project for a year.
