Should I plug this?

Hi, I was putting tranny fluid in and then all of a sudden oil was leaking out from the water pump cover and was woudnering if i should block this nipple off or not.

That is a hue friggin picture. Anyways, there's a hose that should plugged onto the end of that and goes up into the tee maybe, if I remember right, but it goes up by the stem to vent. Don't plug it, it needs to be vented out.

yea duder that hose goes trew the cover out the top and to a " T " splitter... one side of the splitter goes to the radiator over flow and the other is a vent...
