  1. hi,im looking for a pancake bearing for the clutch. PM me if you have one. thanks
  2. Hi, My banshee has done this 2 times. The pushrod that goes in the middle of the clutch assy' through the other side of the motor has welded it self to the push lever(where your clutch connects to) TWO times. We fallowed the banshee manual and adjusted it how it said and it still welded itself together. Does anyone what is going on? Thanks
  3. I just got done putting the motor together and now the clutch/adjuster needs to be put in. I have the tightening specs for the clutch bolts. How should I install the adjuster rod..how tight do i need to tighten the screw and the nut? Thanks
  4. Yes,thats correct.
  5. Hi, Im looking for a in good condition chain skid plate/protector and a snap ring for the rear brake lever. Shoot me a PM if you have any of this. Thanks!
  6. Today we did all those steps then gave it hell. WOW i must say 1st-3rd gear are useless. And once the power band kicks in,it REALLY takes off, you'd better be holding on and paying attension lol. We still have an issue with hard starting. I put the choke tube on and that made a difference in it idling but it still wont start easy, you have to pour alittle gas on the air filters to start it. Compression is good, carbs rebuild, choke tube on. What could it be? Thanks
  7. Hi guys, today was the day I decided to start the banshee for a couple secs to see if it would run. Its been almost 1 year of a complete rebuild of the whole bike. Everything is brand new. I poured a little gas into the tank and walah it started easily. The sound of the crackling loud exhaust made my day. I only let it run for 20 seconds at most. My question is...Whats the proper break in procedure? Tomorrow ill be ready to take it down the road. Should I be easy on the throttle at 1st and run it through each gear or ? Thanks! P.S. heres a list of the mods -Milled head -Boysen reeds -Mildy ported/polished -FMF fatty exhaust -Clamp on airfilters
  8. Hi,I was woundering if anyone had and pics or diagrams of how to plumb the banshee's coolent system. Also, the tranny has a line to it to with a T-joint at the end, where do these lines go? Thanks
  9. Hi, I was putting tranny fluid in and then all of a sudden oil was leaking out from the water pump cover and was woudnering if i should block this nipple off or not. Thanks
