The exhaust port has a hump in the bottom and the sleeves are all cut back right at the transfers. Maybe this isn't that uncommon, it just looked different to me.

Cutting into the sleeve on the transfers increases the volume of mixture that the bike can move.

I'd worry about how well those sleeves would hold up when you got close to 66mm on the bore.

Don't know what to tell you about the exhaust port. Maybe they did some flow bench work to get that profile. Are both cylinders the same?

I've never seen the exhaust like that, but I've seen the sides cut down like that before. Let us know how they run!

 

 

It's a motor that is being parted. I can say that these ran insanely hard for a 350. They really had no bottom end at all, but were a complete rush to ride on top. They would make a great dune/drag motor.

Yep, that ex port is raped but it should haul the mail on the big end. Best combo for that set-up would be shearers with some 34 pj's on meth.
