Howies01 Posted June 9, 2006 Report Posted June 9, 2006 Hey, I have my 4 mil cub cylinders sitting here not doing anything while I wait for the $$ for my head, clutch, pipes and carbs. Has anyone ever polished their cub? I don't know if it'd be worth the effort but like I said, I can't put it together for a few more weeks. I've got 220-2000 grit paper, dremel with more attachments than I'll ever use and a weekend to kill. If this is something anyone has done I'd love to see some pics. Quote
dajogejr Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 (edited) Go to Cascade's website...they sell 'em polished for some extra loot... Hell...they'll sell you just about anything polished...they make some nice stuff!! http://webforce.nwrain.net/founder/cascade...ORE_DEPT_ID=242 Edited June 12, 2006 by dajogejr Quote
RNBRAD Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Cascade polished these. It's an extra $200, and they really do an excellent job. Quote
dajogejr Posted June 12, 2006 Report Posted June 12, 2006 Brad...everytime I look at that bike...I need a napkin for the drool. That bike is flat out sick!! Quote
Howies01 Posted June 13, 2006 Author Report Posted June 13, 2006 Cascade polished these. It's an extra $200, and they really do an excellent job. Thanks for the advice. I may think about sending them off to Cascade eventually but for now all the incoming $$ has to go to parts. That is one shiny Banshee right there. I don't even want to think about how long it'd take me to polish that many parts. Quote
Animalman294 Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 Damn Brad, ya gotta warn a guy before you just post that thing, where's my sunglasses............... Quote
