Elka shocks

I was wondering if it is worth it to just buy elka shocks up front without rebuilding the rear or buying a new rear. Will the Elkas make a difference or will the back just cancel them out?

They will make a huge difference.. I say buy them, then do your rear down the line

Yep, go for it. Just putting YFZ shocks on my bike was a huge difference. Putting some Elkas on will feel like a new bike. I just bought some Elka for my YFZ and they told me that everybody who buys fronts only comes back in a few months for the rear because they make such a big difference. I haven't ridden on mine yet but I hear you can't go wrong with them.

check ebay, i just got some from there for a good price.

i also havent rode on em yet, but from what i hear it will be WAY better.

I'm also wondering how they will work with the stock rear shock, only time will tell!
