cdwood37 Posted May 7, 2006 Report Posted May 7, 2006 i know skat trak extreme haulers are the best i have some 9 paddles but they are strictly for the sand, where i ride in Farmingotn new mexico it is very sandy at the drag hill but is also very rough and rocky so i would tear up my exspensive paddles in like two rides which would be the best other than the skat trak? Bansh88 Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 Sand Tires Unlimited makes a "padla trak"? I think it's called that is a dual purpose desert tire. Look on their site Quote
DemonShee Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 Now were talking bout something I do know LOL. Its called the Mini Desert track. EXCELLENT tires for your application. These tires are fully molded so the paddles are not glued on and are much more durable than the extremes. I will only run STU paddles on any of my bikes. Here is a link for ya: STU tires Quote
DemonShee Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 You could also try the Gecko's by Kenda. Suck in the dunes for racing but are a reallt tough paddle tire. here is a link to them: kenda Skat trak also makes a paddle called the dessert storm that I think would work very well for ya. link: skat trak Quote
Wallrat Posted May 8, 2006 Report Posted May 8, 2006 I've heard good things about the mini deserts...Gecko's are worse than knobbies on sand IMO. Quote
